Membership Plan

The membership plan provides structured group training with coaching, accountability, and consistent support. Sessions must be booked in advance and waivers completed before attending.

• 16+ Training Sessions (4x a week, M-TH)  

• Weekend Off-site Training  

• Monthly Weigh-In  

• Custom Nutrition Plan  

• Use of Polar Heart Rate System

Training Camp: 4x a week (M-TH) 

Morning: 5 AM, 6 AM & 8:30 AM Evening: 5 PM, 6 PM  

• Ready for a challenge? Bring it!  

• High intensity workouts along with challenges  

• 50 minutes of high intensity workouts  

• Limited to 20 participants per session  

• All fitness level welcome The difference lies in the intensity…your challenge is to take your body to its limit.  

What to bring: 

• Water  

• Towel  

• Workout gloves.
